S. Korean Youths and Students Denounce U.S. for Escalating Military Tension

Pyongyang, April 19 (KCNA) -- Youths and students' organizations in south Korea held a press conference outside the U.S. embassy in Seoul on April 13 denouncing the U.S. for introducing Carl Vinson nuclear carrier task force into the waters off the Korean peninsula and escalating the military tension.

The speakers at the press conference said that what is most important is the security and peace of the people living in the Korean peninsula, not the interests of the U.S.

They demanded the withdrawal of the deployment of strategic weapons provoking the nerves of the north and heightening the danger of war.
