The signature document was conveyed on Wednesday to Ri Su Yong, member of the Political Bureau and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, on Wednesday by Shankarlal Shrestha, general secretary of the C.C., the United Socialist Nationalist Party of Nepal, on a visit to the DPRK.
