And it elaborates on the guidance history of leader Kim Jong Il who had reliably defended the idea and cause of the President and wisely led the struggle for their materialization and thus made the century-long history of Juche Korea shine with the august name of Kim Il Sung.

On the occasion of the anniversary, leading newspapers of the DPRK Thursday carry articles praising the feats the President performed in accomplishing the socialist cause of Juche.

The President embarked on the road of the revolution in his teens and acquired the most correct insight into the requirement of the independent era and the popular masses and authored the immortal Juche idea based on the original revolutionary principle and led the social revolution of various stages to victory by embodying the Juche idea.

He successfully carried out the cause of founding the party, state and army under the complicated situation after the liberation of the country and steadily strengthened them to meet the demand of the era and the developing revolution during the whole period of his guidance over the revolution.
