DPRK Foreign Ministry Memorandum Distributed as UN Document

Pyongyang, April 22 (KCNA) -- A memorandum, published by the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK to clarify the U.S. responsibility for pushing the situation of the Korean peninsula to the brink of a thermonuclear war and the justice and legitimacy of the self-defensive option made by the DPRK to cope with the prevailing situation, was distributed as an official document A/71/866-S/2017/303 of the UN General Assembly and the UN Security Council on April 20.
