Present there were Chairman Ho Jong Man and vice-chairpersons O Min Hak and Kang Chu Ryon of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, Jang Pyong Thae, rector of Korean University, Director General Kim Jung Hwan and members of the insurance company and officials of Chongryon.

Ho Jong Man made a congratulatory speech.

He said that 40 years of the company is a history of wise guidance and warm care shown by President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

The insurance company has conducted various kinds of campaign for Koreans in Japan in a unique manner even under the harsh economic conditions, he noted.

Director General Kim Jung Hwan said in a report on the work of the company that it has ranked itself among the authoritative ones by establishing its bases across Japan and conducting brisk activities among Korean residents in Japan.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was read out at the meeting.
