Present at the inaugural ceremony were personages of the German Communist Party, the Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany and other Juche idea followers.

A member of the Berlin City Committee of the German Communist Party was elected chief of the Juche idea study group.

A congratulatory message to respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un was adopted at the ceremony.
