Present there on invitation were personages of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, the State Duma, the Foreign Ministry, the Korean War Veterans' Council of Russia, the Russian Group for Solidarity with the DPRK and other political parties, parliament, government ministries and organizations and media persons.

The charge d'affaires ad interim and staff members of the DPRK embassy were on hand.

The participants laid bouquets before the picture of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.

They looked around photos showing the revolutionary activities of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.
