Designers, teachers, researchers, technicians and three-revolution team members of 110 odd units, including professional design institutions, educational and scientific research institutions, presented more than 580 designs and designing programs to the festival to be conducive to putting machine designing on a highly scientific and computerized basis.

A multi-dimensional designing competition and a prize design contest will be held during the festival.

Lectures on the current development of machine designing and technical exchange and service on latest design information and exhibits will also take place.
