In the reply message, the secretary general extended thanks to Kim Jong Un for sending a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of founding of the People's Party for the Reconstruction and Democracy of DR Congo, in the name of Joseph Kabila Kabange, founder of the Party and president of DR Congo and on his own behalf.

Wishing the Korean people more wonderful future, he reiterated the will of the Party to cooperate with the Workers' Party of Korea for the interests of the two peoples.
