The letter said that the seminar marked an opportunity of conveying the noble revolutionary careers and exploits of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and highly praising again the distinguished leadership ability of respected Marshal Kim Jong Un who is successfully carrying forward the idea and cause of the preceding leaders.

All the successes of the DPRK in recent years are natural fruition of the Songun politics and the people-first principle of Kim Jong Un working hard to make the DPRK the most dignified country and its people the happiest one, the letter noted.

It expressed the belief that under the wise guidance of Kim Jong Un the DPRK would as ever display its might as a powerful country which is defending the advantageous independent and popular ideology and social system and the world peace and security while representing justice of the international community and become a reunified powerful country as wished by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

The letter stressed the will of the participants in the seminar to make all efforts to splendidly hold the 5th International Festival in Praise of the Great Persons of Mt Paektu in the Mt Paektu area and Pyongyang in August this year.
