S. Korean Puppet Unification Ministry's "Human Rights" Racket against DPRK Censured
Pyongyang, April 30 (KCNA) -- The puppet Unification Ministry of south Korea recently announced that it established the "basic plan for promoting human rights in the north" to be carried out for three years from this year.

The gentries of the ministry claimed that the plan is pursuant to the "law on human rights in the north" which officially went into force from September last year and it contains ways for "promoting human rights".

Papers here Sunday in commentaries say this clearly shows the despicable true colors of the confrontation-minded maniacs who desperately cling to confrontation with the fellow countrymen in the north until they breathe their last.

Rodong Sinmun says that however loudly the Unification Ministry may trumpet about "human rights issue" of someone, no one will lend an ear to the rhetoric. It goes on:

The "basic plan" indicating the "north policy orientation" for the next-term regime is prompted by the sinister intention to justify the bankrupt policy for confrontation with the fellow countrymen and to make the implementation of the "human rights" racket a fixed policy under the next-term regime.

In other words, they seek to make the criminal history, in which they pushed the north-south relations into the worst catastrophe by serving Park Geun Hye as her cat's paw, repeat itself after the regime change and to put a brake on the improvement of the north-south ties.

The group of conservatives is making last-ditch efforts to do harm to the DPRK through "human rights" racket, but it is a pipedream that can never come true.

Minju Joson says no matter how desperately the puppet group may slander the DPRK, they can never bring down the socialist system in our country in which all the service personnel and people are united in single mind and in which the people's dignity and rights are guaranteed at the highest level.
