He put forward the Korean workers as the heroic Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il working class and has shown warm care for them so that they can fully display the might of hammer, sickle and brush. He saw to it that in the wake of the historic 7th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, congresses of working people's organizations were convened to strengthen all of them into the organizations of the leader and put the dignity and honor of the socialist working people on the highest stage.

His wise leadership serves as the motive force that helps train the Korean working people into those strong in idea and faith, staunch fighters with the spirit of self-reliance and self-development weathering all sorts of ordeals optimistically in reliance on their own efforts, and powerful creators achieving a high level of civilization and prosperity overtaking the world.

The present times is a fresh era of great prosperity of the Workers' Party of Korea to realize the behests of the great leaders and win the final victory in the building of a socialist power by advancing in the speed of Mallima. This great era of Juche Korea displaying its might under the guidance of the Supreme Leader calls on all the working people to devotedly work for prosperity of the country with strong faith, high creative capability and ardent patriotism like the Chollima riders.
