Pyongyang, May 4 (KCNA) -- Kang Ha Guk, minister of Public Health, met and had a talk with Catalina Devandas Aguilar, UN special rapporteur on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and her party who paid a courtesy call on him on Thursday.
