Kim Yong Ju, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan, warned that the U.S. should no longer run amuck, mindful of the lesson of history that it had not only been put on a downhill march after sustaining a defeat in the total war with the DPRK but failed to win even a single time in the DPRK-U.S. confrontation in the subsequent period.

Ri Yong Su, chairman of the Korean Social Scientists Association in Japan, said the U.S. should clearly know that it will be doomed to be forlorn wandering spirits if it persists in the policy towards the DPRK called "maximum pressure and engagement", goes busy for all-inclusive sanctions and pressure upon the DPRK and choses the road of aggression war.

Ryang Ok Chul, vice-chairwoman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Democratic Women's Union in Japan, stressed that the enemies should be mindful that the DPRK would reliably defend the sovereignty and dignity of the country and the nation and defend peace and security on the Korean peninsula and the region.
