DPRK, Syria Ink Agreement on Exchange and Cooperation in Sports

| Pyongyang, May 7 (KCNA) -- An agreement on exchange and cooperation in sports was made here on Sunday between the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the DPRK and the General Sports Union of Syria. Present at its signing ceremony from the DPRK side were Kim Il Guk, minister of Physical Culture and Sports, and other officials concerned, and from the Syrian Side were a delegation of the Syrian General Sports Union led by Chairman Mowaffak Twfiek Jounaa and Syrian Ambassador to the DPRK Tammam Sulaiman. Kim Il Guk and Mowaffak Twfiek Jounaa inked the agreement. |
