Rodong Sinmun says that the army and people of the DPRK have more deeply cherished in their mind the precious philosophical principle of life and struggle in the course of bringing eye-opening events and gigantic reforms under the blueprint unfolded at the 7th WPK Congress, with high pride and honor of holding in high esteem respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un as chairman of the WPK.

His idea and leadership serve as the banner of eternal victory of the WPK, the Korean revolution and Korean-style socialism. This is an immutable truth cherished by the army and people of the DPRK in the past struggle of one year, the paper stresses, and goes on:

Thanks to his Songun leadership, great victories and reforms of weighty significance in the history of the nation have been made in the overall revolution and construction over the past one year. Victories and new heroic legendary tales and shining labor feats were created one after another at the sites of the 200-day campaign, and the scientific accuracy and invincibility of Korean-style socialism were displayed to the full along with the might of the single-minded unity of the leader, the party and the masses, the national defence capabilities based on the nuclear force and self-reliance and self-development.

Events celebrating the 105th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung were held with splendor as a great political festival to be recorded in the history of the country, and the country's sovereignty and dignity and the peace and security of the Korean peninsula and the region were reliably preserved despite the danger of an imminent nuclear war from the U.S. imperialists and their vassal forces. This would have been unthinkable without the tested leadership of Kim Jong Un.

The last struggle of one year for implementation of the decision of the 7th WPK Congress goes to clearly prove the greatness of Kim Jong Un's idea and leadership and the invincibility of the revolutionary cause of Juche, the cause of building a socialist power.

The WPK's determination means science and shining practice. This is the faith that the army and people of the DPRK have more deeply cherished in their mind through the gigantic struggle of last one year.
