S. Korean Paper Denounces Japan's Pressure on UNESCO and Incompetent Regime
Pyongyang, May 9 (KCNA) -- The south Korean paper Hankook Ilbo on Monday carried an editorial which denounced Japan's despicable pressure upon the UNESCO with regard to the issue of putting the data on sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army on the list of registration of world heritages and the south Korean regime's improper counteraction.

The editorial charged that the Japanese government is openly interfering with the work for putting the registration of the records on the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese army jointly promoted by civic organizations of various countries, but the south Korean regime remains passive onlooker to it.

It stressed the need to bitterly denounce Japan's behavior, according to the surging rage of the people over the "agreement" with Japan on the sexual slavery, and build up world public opinion on it.
