During the festival the participants exchanged their successes and experience.

What drew attention of the festival participants were architectural layouts which ensured the formative art on a high level and introduced such state-of-the-art technology as green architecture.

Also, highly appreciated were building materials and equipment, made with local resources and technology, and various architecture designing programs and many scientific papers.

Among those present at the closing ceremony was O Su Yong, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
