Choe Ryong Hae Inspects Wonhwa Co-op Farm

| Pyongyang, May 13 (KCNA) -- Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the C.C., Workers' Party of Korea, vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and vice-chairman of the C.C., WPK, made a field survey of the Wonhwa Cooperative Farm in Phyongwon County. The officials and peasants of the farm are now making signal successes in rice seedling bed management, rice-transplantation and maize planting. Choe went round various parts of the farm to encourage its officials and peasants. Learning about the youth sub-work team of the farm, he stressed the need for the youth league organization and young peasants of the farm to enhance their vanguard role in attaining the grain production target for this year. He called upon the youth vanguard to take the lead in the farm work with high pride of undertaking the main thrust in turning the country into an economic giant. |
