It goes on:

The recent hideous terrorist plot by use of biochemical substance is the most vicious challenge and a declaration of war against the leader whom the Korean people regard as their spiritual mainstay and eternal sun.

This is an inevitable product and culmination of the hostile policy of the U.S. and the puppet group of traitors towards the DPRK and their confrontational moves against the reunification.

Their recourse to such terrorism virtually means the start of a total war against the DPRK.

It is the unanimous demand of all the service members and civilians of the DPRK that the intelligence and plot-breeding centers of the U.S. and the south Korea, groups of most base and vicious terrorists, should be blown up to their very foundation.

It is not necessary to give warning to those plotters. The groups of criminals should be wiped out by baptism of revenge fire so that no one would be left to sign a document of apology.

As already declared, our army and people will blow up the plot-breeding centers to ashes so that those who dared hurt the dignity of their supreme leadership can no longer survive.
