The basket and message were conveyed to the DPRK ambassador to Cambodia on May 10 by the advisor to the chairman of the FUNCINPEC Party.

Saying that Chairman Norodom Ranariddh and all the members of the Party extend the warmest congratulations and wishes to respected Marshal Kim Jong Un on the first anniversary of his election as the chairman of the WPK, the advisor heartily hoped that the Korean people would achieve greater successes in building a socialist power under his leadership.
