Kim Il Sung Praised by Media Abroad
Pyongyang, May 18 (KCNA) -- Newspapers of different countries gave special write-ups to the 105th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.

The Angolan paper O Pais told about the feats performed by Kim Il Sung to develop the DPRK into a socialist state independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in national defence.

The President had enjoyed a special prestige in the world politics for his great feats for the human cause of independence, the paper stressed.

Sun Rise of Uganda, Uhuru of Tanzania, La Prosperite of DR Congo and Vea of Venezuela carried what international community has said, praising the President as peerless elder statesman.

The Egyptian paper Al Ahrar introduced in detail the devoted life of the President who reliably protected the sovereignty of the country and the dignity of the nation by leading the two revolutionary wars to victory and dedicated his all to the happiness of the people.

The Mozambican paper Noticias dealt with the noble life of the President devoted to the liberation of Korea, freedom and happiness of the people, socialist construction and the cause of global independence.

The Zambian paper Brand Line News and the Ethiopian paper Reporter told about the facts that party and state leaders and prominent personages of many countries had been deeply moved at the noble virtues and personality of the President.
