The DPRK has made perfect preparations all possible to give vent to the long-pent up grudge of the nation and remove the chains of aggression and oppression and wipe out the forces of injustice from the earth.

It will continue to develop and deploy a larger quantity of highly precise and diversified nukes and nuclear striking means till the U.S. and its vassal forces make a proper choice with reason.

The nuclear power of independence, with a treasured sword of justice serving peace, prosperity and civilization of mankind, solemnly declares once again.

As long as nukes for aggression and massacre exist in the world, the DPRK will bolster up its nuclear force for justice and self-defence and, on its basis, reliably defend peace and security of the Korean peninsula and the rest of the world and open up a broad avenue to independent reunification.
