At consultative meetings, he stressed the need to bring about collective innovation in the production of Juche fertilizer, vinalon and custom-built equipment and speed up the completion of projects for expanding production capacity. And he urged the relevant units to supply raw and other materials in time with responsibility.

The premier also inspected the Hamhung Woolen Mill and the Hamhung Knitwear Factory and took measures to increase the production of goods and realize the updating of production processes on a higher level.
