The Juche-based idea of the overseas compatriots' movement of the peerlessly great men of Mt Paektu and their exploits are the immutable guidelines and eternal cornerstone of the movement of Koreans in Japan, and the historic letters of Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un serve as the eternal militant banners of the patriotic cause of Chongryon.

Unshakable are the faith and will of Chongryon officials and other Koreans in Japan to uphold for all ages President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il who protected Chongryon and Koreans in Japan and victoriously led the movement of Koreans in Japan to the last moments of their great lives and to advance along the path of Juche, long patriotic path, true to the outstanding leadership of another peerlessly great man Kim Jong Un.
