| Pyongyang, May 24 (KCNA) -- Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho of the DPRK on May 17 sent a congratulatory message to Alan Peter Cayetano upon his appointment as foreign minister of Philippines. The message expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger through close cooperation between the two foreign ministries and wished him success in his work. |
