The Russian ambassador underlined the importance to strengthen the communication between the two countries under the present situation, reiterating the Russian government's stand to oppose the DPRK-targeted military threat and sanctions of the U.S., and hoped that the bilateral relations would steadily develop even under the complicated situation.
