The Russian Group for Solidarity with the DPRK issued the following statement on May 14:

The successful test-launch of ground-to-ground medium-to-long range strategic ballistic rocket Hwasong-12 clearly demonstrated before the world people that the DPRK is a great power.

It also showed that the test-launch of ICBM declared by the DPRK was not hot air.

No dangerous military provocations of the U.S. can prevent the DPRK from bolstering up the military capability for self-defence.

The recent test-fire greatly encourages the Korean people in their all-out efforts to build an economic power.

Manju Ratna Sakya, chairman of the Nepal Journalist Association, contributed the following article to the Nepalese paper Arpan on May 19:

The successful test-fire of Hwasong-12 supervised by Marshal Kim Jong Un, Supreme Leader of the Korean people, is a great event in defusing the danger of war on the Korean peninsula and defending the peace and stability of the world.

I extend warm congratulations to him who guided the test-fire to success.

The recent test-fire is more significant because it was conducted when the U.S. was escalating the moves to stifle the DPRK.

The world should know what important contribution the DPRK has made to averting war and preserving peace.
