The inter-Korean relations will improve and the path for dialogue, cooperation, peace and reunification will be opened when all Koreans prioritize the compatriots and pool their efforts. But, if they prioritize outsiders and, depending on them, persist in confrontation with the fellow countrymen, the path for dialogue and cooperation will be blocked, mistrust and tension escalated and the situation driven to the brink of a war.

The situation was deteriorated and complicated as the south Korean conservative group took the lead in the campaign of confrontation with the fellow countrymen, zealously following the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK. Nevertheless, the DPRK repeatedly advanced sincere proposals for peace and reunification of the country and the improved inter-Korean relations and took practical measures with good intention.

However, the south Korean puppet conservative group, obsessed with flunkeyism and dependence on outsiders, had openly challenged to the DPRK efforts, desperately blocking the way of improved north-south relations and national reunification.

Every sin brings punishment to it.

The conservative group, which was frantic with bloodshot eyes to hurt the north by pursuing the unprecedented confrontation policy, is floundering in the pit dug by itself. At the same time, its worst-ever anti-DPRK policy went to the total bankruptcy.

Now is the time to give up the outdated confrontation policy which drove the inter-Korean relations to catastrophe, hurting the destiny of the nation.

The only way for defusing the war crisis on the Korean peninsula and opening the path to reconciliation, cooperation, peace and reunification is to renounce the policy of dependence on outsiders and confrontation and implement the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.
