S. Koreans Demand Withdrawal of THAAD and Improved North-South Relations
Pyongyang, May 29 (KCNA) -- Women organizations in Pusan of south Korea reportedly held a press conference outside the U.S. consulate in Pusan on May 24 to demand the withdrawal of THAAD and scrapping of bio-chemical war equipment.

Speakers at the conference stressed the need to immediately abolish the bio-chemical lab for "Jupiter Plan" at Dock 8 of Pusan Port.

The U.S. should stop at once THAAD deployment threatening the peace of the Korean peninsula, they stated.

They also urged the south Korean regime to work for south-north dialogue and peace agreement, rather than THAAD deployment.

They stressed that the regime should stop policy of confrontation with the fellow countrymen in the north and mend the inter-Korean relations, which had been suspended for one decade, through dialogue and negotiations.
