The article said that the uprising was an eruption of pent-up grudge and resentment of the south Korean people against the U.S. imperialists and their stooges.

It noted in detail that the youth and students and citizens in Kwangju rose in the popular armed uprising against the fascist dictatorship which enforced an "emergency martial law".

It went on:

The desire of the south Korean people to live in an independent and democratic society and reunified territory has not yet been realized. It is entirely due to the U.S. reigning as colonial dominator over south Korea and the puppet group of traitors who have trampled down the desire and aspiration of the people, pursuant to its policy.

The history will never pardon the aggressors and the hideous traitors.
