The Pochonbo battle, conducted in the critical time when the destiny of the Korean nation was at the crossroads of life and death due to the monstrous colonial rule by the Japanese imperialists, gave the Koreans hope for revival and aroused them to the sacred war for national liberation.

As the Korean people cherished the firm faith and will to follow President Kim Il sung and the unshakable conviction in the victory of the revolution, they could accomplish the historic cause of national liberation by defeating the ferocious Japanese imperialist aggressors through an indomitable struggle and demonstrate the before the world their dignity as a heroic people who crushed the U.S. imperialists boasting of being the "strongest" in the world.

Our people had worked heroic epic of creation and construction in different annals of the revolution and laid eternal foundations for building a prosperous and powerful country. This is a miracle of history brought by the indomitable revolutionary faith to staunchly go the long way of the revolution under the leadership of the President.

The flames of Pochonbo, which has brightly showed the road ahead of the Korean revolution for eight decades, is raging furiously as a banner of struggle hastening its final victory under the wise guidance of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un who is successfully accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche started in Mt Paektu.

The gun report of revolution in Pochonbo is that for the anti-imperialist revolution and Songun as it taught the philosophical principle that it is needed to fight against the outrageous imperialist aggressors with arms to the last.
