In order to achieve the aspiration and wishes of the Koreans for peace and reunification, it is necessary to respect and implement the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration, first of all.

The only way of overcoming the difficulties facing the nation and hastening the national reunification is to respect and consistently implement the north-south declarations.

Turning back away from implementing the north-south declarations and seeking others while talking about improved north-south relations cannot be said an act of sincerely wishing reunification.

If one ignores and hesitates to implement the north-south declarations at the responsible and important period as now, he can not enjoy support of the public mindset and evade curses and condemnation from all the Koreans.
