Drama on Massacre of Koreans Put on Stage in Japan

Pyongyang, June 6 (KCNA) -- A drama showing the massacre of Koreans by the Japanese imperialists in the wake of the great Kanto earthquake was put on the stage of a theater in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture of Japan on June 3, according to the south Korean Hangyore.

The drama, based on historical facts, showed the brutal massacre of Koreans by the Japanese imperialists with the quake as a momentum.

The Japanese who directed the drama said he produced it by consulting the diary of his father and historical records in order to let the new generation of Japan know well about the massacre of Koreans in the wake of the great Kanto earthquake.
