Jon Yong Nam, first secretary of the Central Committee of the youth league, said respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un made sure that the 8th Congress of the KCU and a birthday party for delegates to the congress were held despite his busy work. He attended the congress to congratulate the KCU delegates.
