The U.S. and its vassal forces high-handedly adopted the "resolution" over the DPRK's ballistic rocket launch for bolstering up its nuclear force.

This is a heinous hostile act to bar the DPRK from bolstering up the nuclear force, disarm and smother it economically.

The DPRK strongly censures and categorically rejects it.

The UNSC dares to pull up the DPRK's legitimate measure for self-defence while keeping mum about the nuclear and missile tests of some countries including permanent members of the Security Council. This is a shameless arrogance and self-importance and the height of double standards.

The fact that the U.S. and China willfully cooked up and rammed the "resolution" through and impose it upon the members of the UN by painting it as "general will of the international community" is a vivid expression of high-handed and arbitrary practices.

The DPRK will steadily bolster up the nuclear force for self-defence till the U.S. and its vassal forces make a right choice, aware of the cause of the nuclear issue on the Korean peninsula and its solution.
