Noting that the UNSC cooked up again "sanctions resolution" against the DPRK, over its ballistic rocket test-fire for bolstering the nuclear force, only to be categorically rejected by the DPRK, the statement said:

It would be a big mistake if those countries involved in the adoption of "resolution" think that it can delay or prevent the DPRK's rapid development of nuclear force even a bit.

It is nonsensical to talk about dialogue while setting forth unreasonable conditions and putting "maximum pressure".

The DPRK will fire "Juche weapons" one after another until the U.S. and its vassal forces properly understand the root cause of the nuclear issue on the Korean peninsula and the way for its settlement and make a proper choice.

We are opposed to the "resolutions" against the DPRK.

The UNSC is a puppet body of the U.S.
