And the chief Cabinet secretary, the foreign minister and other high-ranking officials and riff-raffs of Japan have asserted that financial channel should be checked to deter the DPRK's nuclear and missile development and it is important for the international community to strictly implement the UNSC's "sanctions resolutions" against the DPRK through close cooperation.

Commenting on the facts, Rodong Sinmun Monday says this is a clumsy deed that can be done only by the reactionaries of Japan whose disgusting bad habit is to accuse others and then seek its own profits.

There is no need for any country which is friendly toward the DPRK and does not follow the U.S. anti-DPRK policy to worry about the DPRK's test-fire of ballistic rocket, it says, and goes on:

The DPRK solemnly declared that it keeps tabs on new crimes committed by Japan and that if Japan persists in hostility toward it, not properly seeing the reality, its target of powerful ballistic rockets may be changed.

The Japanese reactionaries would be well advised to stop such foolish act as precipitating its self-destruction and behave itself, clearly aware of this.

It will be beneficial to Japan's future.
