The chairman of the Plzen Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of Czech and Moravia of the Czech Republic said:

Kim Jong Il, eternal head of the WPK, is a great man who set a brilliant example for the building of revolutionary party.

His start of work at the WPK Central Committee was a historic event that made the country dynamically advance the socialist cause under the leadership of the Party.

Praising Kim Jong Il for having strengthened the WPK into the party of the leader and an invincible revolutionary party, the chairman of the Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany said:

Thanks to his wise leadership, the WPK could always emerge victorious, invariably defending the banner of socialism under the tempest of history and resolutely meeting all sorts of challenges from the U.S. and other hostile forces.

The chairman and the secretary general of the National Leading Council of the Diversity Party of Indonesia said that Kim Jong Il was a brilliant model of prominent statesman as he built the WPK into an ever-victorious and iron-willed party.
