Going round Phyonggang Meat Processing Factory, Aeguk Cattle Farm and other parts, the premier encouraged the members of the Construction Shock Brigade 922 in successfully building stockbreeding base in Sepho area.

A consultative meeting was convened on the spot to discuss the issue of supplying equipment and materials in time needed to finish the project and the measures for running the stockbreeding base on a normal footing such as building the ranks of technicians and skilled workers and raising the rate of mechanization.

Meanwhile, the premier toured the tree nursery, the fishing tackle factory under construction, other parts of Kangwon Province, calling upon the officials and people in the province to take the lead in the struggle to glorify the Conference of Mallima Frontrunners as befitting the creators of the spirit of Kangwon Province.
