It carries 92 works including historic talks, speeches and concluding speeches made by Kim Jong Il from January to May in Juche 61 (1972).

The works deal with the facts that Kim Jong Il had energetically and wisely led the work to greet the 60th birthday of President Kim Il Sung as the greatest holiday of the nation and improve the Party work and bring about miracles and innovations in all fields of the socialist cultural construction.

Among them are encyclopedic works that give perfect answers to the theoretical and practical problems arising in the revolution and construction such as the issue of giving efforts to land management, the issue of improving publication and printing work and the principles to be maintained in developing sports.
