The first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union said that Kim Jong Il had strengthened the WPK into a Juche-type revolutionary party for years and smashed the imperialist forces' moves to stifle the DPRK and firmly defended socialism and brought about changes in all fields with his unique Songun politics.

He stressed that the exploits performed by Kim Jong Il in party building and activities would shine forever with the WPK always emerging victorious.

The chairman of the Founding Committee of the Soekarno Foundation for Education of Indonesia noted that Kim Jong Il built the WPK into the party of the leader which moves in the idea and will of President Kim Il Sung and into the powerful guiding force of the Korean revolution.

The chairman of the Egypt-Korea Friendship Association and others praised the career of Kim Jong Il who dedicated his all to the strengthening of the WPK.

Referring to the feats Kim Jong Il performed for the era and history through his distinguished ideo-theoretical activities and gigantic revolutionary practices, personages of Uganda stressed the need to deeply study his revolutionary idea and apply it to their country.
