The message said that the WPK Central Committee is rejoiced over the signal achievements made by the People's Party of Cambodia in the work for national reconciliation and unity and the independent development and prosperity of the country.

Expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two parties would steadily develop in the idea of independence, peace and friendship, it wished the Cambodian party bigger success in its activities for strengthening itself and building prosperous Cambodia.
