The message extended full support and solidarity to the righteous struggle of the Venezuelan government and people to defend the Bolivarian revolution and accomplish the cause of ex-President Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias, vehemently denouncing the U.S. and its vassal forces' evermore undisguised moves to interfere in the internal affairs of the country.

It wished him successes in his new job, expressing belief that the two countries will continue to strengthen support and cooperation with each other in the international area in line with their friendly and cooperative relations which have grown stronger in the common struggle for socialism against imperialism.
