The message expressed full support and solidarity with the people of DR Congo in the struggle to achieve peace, stability and development of the country under the wise leadership of the president while resolutely frustrating the outsiders' pressure and interference.

It expressed belief that the relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPRK and DR Congo would strengthen in various fields, wishing the president of DR Congo good health and bigger success in his responsible work.
