KAHRS Spokesman Hits Anti-DPRK Human Rights Campaign
|
|
Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) -- A spokesman of the Korean Association for Human Rights Studies gave the following answer raised by KCNA on June 30 as regards the reckless remarks with ulterior political purposes made by the "International Coalition to Stop Crimes against Humanity in North Korea" severely distorting the reality of the DPRK: Recently a member of the "International Coalition to Stop Crimes against Humanity in North Korea", an anti-DPRK plot-breeding organization, prattled that majority of equipment used in the Masikryong Ski Resort was purchased in violation of the UN sanctions, "child slavery labor" was used in the operation of the Ski Resort and that 30 young people died in a bus accident on their way to the resort. This is a complete fabrication. Such groundless lies, made unhesitatingly towards the International Olympic Committee and the international community at large, are an unpardonably despicable act. If the ski equipment used by our people of all walks of life in the Masikryong Ski Resort which is popular as in many other countries was introduced in the DPRK in violation of the UN sanctions, those sanctions themselves constitute extra-large crimes against humanity which obstruct physical advancement and civilized life of the popular masses. |
