Pyongyang, July 4 (KCNA) -- A demonstration was staged outside the U.S. embassy in London to protest against the U.S. imperialists' crimes against humanity and their evermore undisguised hostile policy toward the DPRK on June 24, with the June 25-July 27 month of anti-U.S. joint struggle as an occasion. Attending it were personages from the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Korean Friendship Association UK, the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification of the Korean Peninsula and the New Communist Party of Britain and masses. Dermot Hudson, chairman of the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification of the Korean Peninsula, said: The U.S. imperialists, provoker of the last Korean War, massacred the guiltless Koreans and even used chemical weapons during the war. Still now occupying south Korea, they are deploying huge nuclear weapons there and ratcheting up sanctions against the DPRK, posing nuclear threat to it. They must roll back their policy hostile to the DPRK and withdraw their troops from south Korea. The demonstrators chanted such slogans "Korea is one!" "Yankees go back home!" and "No sanctions, no war!" flying flags of the DPRK and handing over literature to passersby. |
