The message extended warm and friendly greetings to the National Council of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea and all its party members.

It expressed belief that the regular national congress would serve as an important occasion in consolidating the successes made in the struggle for the country's independent development and prosperity and in making the party grow stronger.

It expressed belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the WPK and the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea would grow stronger in the idea of independence, peace and friendship in the future, too, and wished the congress great success in its work.
