When we heard the news about the perfect success in the test-fire of intercontinental ballistic rocket Hwasong-14 under your guidance on July 4, in particular, we were so excited that we shouted hurrah for our great homeland with tears, recollecting the tireless efforts made by you.

All members of the federation will remain faithful to your leadership under whatever situation.

We will take the lead in the work to consolidate the General Federation of Koreans in China, a patriotic legacy left by the great leaders, into an overseas Koreans organization of you and in the patriotic movement for contributing to the national reunification and the building of a powerful nation.
