Registered in the document made up in April 1944 are more than 100 Korean women in their twenties or thirties (names, ages and birth places). However, their jobs were not given and their residential addresses were the same as "comfort stations" of the Japanese army.

Experts who studied the document declared that those women were sexual slaves for the Japanese army and that 10 "comfort stations" existed in the city alone at that time.

Meanwhile, a video on victims of the sexual slavery by the Japanese army which had been kept in U.S. National Archives was made public on July 5, according to the south Korean CBS.

The 18-second video clip made in September 1944 shows Korean women who had been drafted to the southern part of China by the Japanese imperialist aggressor troops as sexual slaves. Their images were, reportedly, just the same as the photos of the victims which had been already opened to public.
